A 40-year-old Hudson Valley man has been charged with alleged criminally negligent homicide following a fatal incident that claimed the life of Bard graduate Linh Hong Nguyen. Dutchess County District Attorney Anthony Parisi said Rohan Patrick, of Poughkeepsie, faces charges related to the death of Linh Hong Nguyen on Saturday, May 25.
