A man wanted on felony charges was taken into custody by police and US Marshals in Ulster County after a day-long search for him at a local apartment complex, authorities said.
Ellenville Police, working alongside the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force, first tried to arrest the suspect, 24-year-old Andrew Porter Jackson, early Friday morning, Jan. 30, at two locations inside the Emerald Pond Estates complex, the department said.
