Allison M. Fisher, 23, and Livia L.A. Boddie, 21, both of Halfmoon, were arrested following an animal complaint at a home on Tower Way in Halfmoon, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Deputies responded to 4 Tower Way at 10:56 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, where an investigation led to the charges, the sheriff's office said. Fisher and Boddie are accused of failing to provide proper sustenance to a husky mix and two cats, authorities said. …
