Traffic Alert: Tractor-Trailer Hits Overpass, Closing 3 Lanes Of Route 17 In Orange County

A tractor-trailer hauling an excavator hit an overpass in Orange County and rolled over, blocking three eastbound traffic lanes on Route 17. 

Traffic is backed up on Route 17 at Exit 124 in Goshen; three lanes are closed after a tractor-trailer overturned and hit an overpass.

The incident occurred in Orange County early Tuesday, Dec. 10, in Goshen at Exit 124.

Trooper Jennifer Alvarez said there are detours in place. But traffic is backed up.

The lanes are expected to be closed for several hours.
