Cafe To Close One Of Its Locations In Hudson Valley, Owners Say
A local restaurant has announced plans to close one of its two locations in the area.
The Tomato Cafe announced plans to close its restaurant in Poughkeepsie.
"We would like to thank our staff, our customers, and the Arlington Community," the owners said in a Facebook post.

The Tomato Cafe in Fishkill, located at 1123 Main St., will remain open, the owners added. That location has been in operation since 2009.

One of the more unique and popular restaurants in the area has been forced to close its doors for good.
Owner Selamawit Weiland-Tesfaye announced that Lalibela in Mount Kisco, the only Ethiopian eatery in the Hudson Valley, will be shuttering its doors after 10 years serving the community.

A Westchester County hotspot known for its amazing pizza and meatballs, and unusual, but yummy, eggplant chips, has closed one its locations.
Polpettina, in Larchmont, closed its door in June, after facing two battles, one with the landlord, and one with the effects of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
