Man Stabbed Ex-Wife Over 20 Times As She Sat In McDonald's Drive-Thru On Long Island, DA Says A Long Island man is accused of trying to kill his ex-wife just hours after she obtained a protection order against him. Willie Curry, age 36, of Brentwood, was indicted on attempted murder and related charges in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, Nov. 14. Prosecutors said Curry ambushed his ex-wife as she sat in the drive-through lane of a Bay Shore McDonald’s at around 8:15 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 2.
