Oil Truck Driver Pinned Under Truck Severely Injured At Rockland County Home, Police Say An oil delivery truck driver pinned under his truck when it rolled over him at a Hudson Valley home was critically injured. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Thursday, Oct. 31, around 9:30 a.m. near 88 Buckingham Court, in Pomona. Rockland County resident Elmer Oviedo Sandoval, 47, of Haverstraw, was sentenced to six years in state prison on Tuesday, Oct. 29, for the course of sexual conduct against a child, said Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Walsh.
