Power was restored by mid-morning Thursday after an outage affecting approximately 2,645 customers in the Haverstraw area.
The outages were reported around 6:30 a.m.
There were southbound delays on Route 9W at Short Clove Road in Haverstraw as a result of the outage, with the traffic light not operational.
