The 55-year-old actress posted a naked photo of herself on Instagram on Thursday, Sept. 25 to celebrate both her birthday and that of her husband, acclaimed actor Michael Douglas, who turned 80.
The post shows Zeta-Jones standing over a bathroom sink wearing nothing but her high heels. In the caption, the actress said the photo was "gift option two" for her husband, after golf balls.
"After over 25 years of sharing my birthday day with my husband, I am running out of gift ideas!" Zeta-Jones wrote in the post.
The stunning picture garnered some compliments in the comments section:
"Let’s be fair if Catherine looks like that NOW, every day is a birthday for Michael" quipped one commenter.
"I think he'll be okay with that 😍" said another comment.
Both Zeta-Jones and Douglas were longtime residents of Bedford before moving a bit farther south in Westchester County to Irvington-on-Hudson. However, they put the Irvington home on the market in June, as they plan to spend time in Europe.
Before that, the Irvington estate played host to President Joe Biden on Thursday, April 25 as part of a campaign fundraising event.
The actress gained prominence in the 1990s in movies such as "The Mask Of Zorro" and "Entrapment." She also won an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for the musical "Chicago."
More recently, she starred as Morticia Addams in Netflix's "Wednesday."
Zeta-Jones has been married to Douglas since 2000.
