David Hadsell and Mario Sierra, both 20, were arrested on Tuesday, May 6, following an investigation by New York State Police. Troopers in Montgomery County were called at around 9 p.m. Monday, May 5, for a report of a missing teenager in the town of Root, police said. $12M For Electric School Buses Awarded To 6 Capital Region Districts A half dozen school districts in the region will receive over $12 million in federal funding to pay for electric school buses.
