Woman's Body Found Near Westchester Building This story has been updated. Police are investigating after a woman's body was found on Friday morning near the former New Rochelle Naval Armory. Investigators have taped off the area near the Armory and East Main Street has been cordoned off.  The woman was found lying in the driveway of 270 Main St. at about 7:40 a.m., according to the New Rochelle Police Department.
