Orange County resident Sher Singh, of Middletown, died around dd12:05 p.m., Thursday, July 11, during a three-vehicle crash with a tractor-trailer in Sullivan County on Route 155 in the town of Cochecton. Police are investigating after a 74-year-old Connecticut man was killed during a two-vehicle crash in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at the intersection of Route 22 and Route 55 in the town of Dover, a hamlet of Wingdale, around 3:45 p.m., Thursday, June 13. According to Capt.
