A disabled tractor trailer that had blocked the right and center lanes on southbound I-87 in Rockland has been cleared on Tuesday morning.
The incident, reported at 8:30 a.m., was at Exit 12 (Route 303) with traffic backed up to Exit 14 (Spring Valley).
Delays of up to an hour were reported at 8:40 a.m.
The tractor trailer was cleared by 9:30 a.m.
