2 Teens Injured In Hudson Valley Playground Shootings, Police Say Two Hudson Valley teens are recovering after shooting themselves while allegedly playing with guns at a playground. The incident occurred in Orange County on Saturday evening at the Mullins Apartment complex on Walsh Road in Newburgh. According to Mike Neppl, spokesman for the city of Newburgh, two teens, ages 16 and 17 were playing with guns and shot themselves witnesses told police. Replacement Work To Close Hudson Valley Bridge, Restrict Roadway Access Replacement work of a bridge will restrict access to a busy Hudson Valley roadway. The Orange County project begins Monday, March 11 with the closure of the Walsh Road Bridge which carries Walsh Road over the Quassaick Creek in the area between the City of Newburgh and the Town of New Windsor.
