$300K Grant To Go Toward Crucial New Fire Training Center In Hudson Valley Hundreds of thousands of dollars in funding from the New York State Senate are set to go toward a new fire training center to be used by countless departments in the Hudson Valley.  In an announcement on Thursday, Aug. 29, New York State Sen. Now, the bill introduced by State Sen. Pete Harckham (D, Mount Kisco), will move to the State Assembly, whose session ends on Friday, June 7, for consideration.
