The incident took place around 10:18 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 13, when the Tarrytown Police Department received an emergency call from a resident reporting that an unidentified woman had just jumped into the Hudson River in the area of the River Walk. Tarrytown Police, Tarrytown Ambulance, and Tarrytown Fire Department units were immediately dispatched to the area. The other three occupants of the vehicle were also transported to the same hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
