Lane Closures Scheduled On Route 25A A six-week pavement renewal project may spell delays for travelers on Route 25A, according to transportation officials. Beginning on Monday, July 24, one lane in each direction of Northern Boulevard is scheduled to be closed overnight for approximately six weeks, the New York State Department of Transportation announced. Man Pretending To Be Village Employee Enters Homes In Nassau County, Police Say A 33-year-old man who allegedly pretended to be a village employee and faked his way into two homes has been arrested for burglary and other charges, according to police.
