Man Accused Of Driving ATV Recklessly Down Sunrise Highway Issued 63 Summonses An ATV rider who was part of a group of riders allegedly scaring drivers on Sunrise Highway was arrested and hit with 63 summonses. John Harley, 26, of Lindenhurst, was busted around 6:25 p.m., Saturday, May 11, near New Highway in Copiague, after Suffolk County Police received numerous 911 calls of a group of dirt bikes and ATVs racing in and out of traffic along the highway, said the Suffolk County Police.
