Detectives are asking for the public’s help in identifying two men seen on video breaking into a Long Island liquor store and stealing thousands of dollars in merchandise. The burglary occurred at around 11:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 5, in Smithtown, at The Wine Guy Liquor Store located on West Main Street. Suffolk County Police said the suspects used a saw to cut the store’s lock. Once inside, they grabbed numerous bottles valued at nearly $25,000. The men then fled in a silver GMC Acadia Denali.
