A woman was killed in a two-vehicle morning crash on Long Island.
It happened at around 9:48 a.m. Monday, Oct. 14 in Suffolk County.
Rose Mastrodomenico, 90, of Calverton, was driving a 2014 Nissan eastbound on Route 25A when she attempted to enter the parking lot of The Wading River Medical Center at 271 Route 25A in Wading River when her vehicle was struck by a westbound 2006 Jeep.
Mastrodomenico was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
The driver of the Jeep was also transported to Stony Brook University for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
