Ken Jason Moore, age 45, was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 13 in Lynbrook, according to Nassau County Police.
It was around 6 p.m. when Moore was seen on Grace Avenue.
He is 6-foot-5 and weighs approximately 230 pounds. Moore has a beard, brown hair, and brown eyes.
When he was last seen, he was wearing glasses, a gray puffy jacket, and brown pants.
