Westchester County Jail Inmate Sentenced For Assaulting Corrections Officer An inmate at the Westchester County Jail has been sentenced to a state prison term after being convicted of assaulting a corrections officer earlier this year. Yonkers resident Paul Overton, 36, has been sentenced to a term of five years in prison, followed by five years of post-release supervision after being found guilty by a jury of assaulting a corrections officer, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced.
