Man Accused Of Shooting Capital District Woman Through Window Arrested Police say they've nabbed the man suspected of shooting a 60-year-old Albany woman through her own window. Raheem Hines, age 44, of Albany, was arrested Monday, May 16, according to authorities. Investigators said at the time of his arrest Hines had a loaded 9mm handgun, Albany Police said. His capture came nearly a week after the victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to her abdomen inside her home on Partridge Street near Madison Avenue. She was taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries, police said. Investigators said Hines walked …
