Two Store Clerks Charged With Selling Alcohol In Dutchess Underage Drinking Detail
Two store clerks have been charged following an underage drinking detail conducted by New York State Police. State Police carried out plain-clothes checks of 16 different Dutchess County retailers that sell alcohol on Saturday, April 27. These checks were conducted to ensure the retailers’ compliance with New York State’s Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) laws. Seven Dutchess Residents Charged With DWI In State Police Stops
New York State Police troopers in the Hudson Valley removed 18 allegedly impaired drivers from the roadway during the holiday weekend. Those charged include: Dutchess County On Friday, April 19, State Police troopers from Wappinger arrested Robert J. Fluri, 55, of Fishkill, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Wappinger, when he was stopped for an interview regarding his role in a dispute in the Viscount parking lot. Dutchess Awards $334K To These Four Municipalities For Sidewalk Improvements
Dutchess County has awarded a total of more than $334,000 to several different municipalities for a series of sidewalk improvements. The grants are awarded through Dutchess County’s 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
