Shooting Victim In Critical Condition, Poughkeepsie Police Say A 27-year-old man shot during a dispute on Main Street is in critical condition, according to the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department. The shooting took place around 6:37 p.m. Sunday, July 1 at 644 Main St., said Det. Sgt. Sean Fitzgerald.   The unidentified man was taken to MidHudson Regional Hospital in a private car with serious injuries and underwent surgery, Fitzgerald said.  Early Monday, the man was listed in critical but stable condition. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the tip line at 845-451-7577.
