Dutchess Awards $150K For These Public Services Projects Dutchess County has been awarded with a total of $150,000 to initiate a series of public service projects, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro announced. The grants will be rewarded through Dutchess County’s 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, which will address critical public service needs throughout the county. The awards come as part of nearly $1.5 million in funding intended to improve accessibility, expand affordable housing options and address other urgent needs.
