A Burlington City school crossing guard was killed while shielding two children from an oncoming car, authorities said. Bruce Morlack, 74, died in the crash on Friday, Dec. 6, the City of Burlington Police Department said in a news release. First responders found a body while searching for an elderly Galloway Township man who went missing, authorities said. The body was found about three-tenths of a mile east of the Port Republic Bridge, the Galloway Township Police Department said in a Facebook post on Monday, Dec. 9. The person wasn't identified as of press time. Police said the body matched the description of 84-year-old Alan Levin, whose family reported him missing on Saturday, Dec. 7. A Pennsauken woman was killed and a man was injured when their vehicle violently crashed in Robbinsville Township, authorities said.
