A New York ex-Marine was acquitted in the chokehold death of a New Jersey street artist aboard a Manhattan subway. Daniel Penny was found not guilty of criminally negligent homicide in the death of Jordan Neely by a Manhattan jury on Monday, Dec. 9, following 20 hours of deliberations, CBS News reports.
