State Police arrested Brian J. Crook of Freeport on Friday, Aug. 9 as part of an ongoing 10-month investigation into cocaine trafficking in the area.  A search warrant was executed at Crook's residence, and troopers seized cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and illegal firearms, including handguns and assault rifles, according to state police. Accused Drug Dealer Charged Following Fatal Overdose In East Meadow An accused drug dealer is facing multiple charges after police officers discovered two overdose victims, one  of whom later died, near Eisenhower Park in East Meadow According to Narcotic Vice Squad Detectives, police were dispatched just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3 near Eisenhower Park for an aided call.
