A 20-year-old man was hospitalized with a gunshot wound after being found in the mid-afternoon at a Long Island gas station. Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a shooting that happened shortly after 6 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 15 in the back of the BP gas station on Sunrise Highway in West Babylon. Police said that the department received a 911 call of a man who was shot at the gas station. Video Released Of Masked Man At Large After Long Island Gas Station Robbery
A new photo and video have been released by police investigators on Long Island as they attempt to locate a masked suspect who shimmied his way into a gas station and robbed it. The Nassau County Police Department issued an alert last month following a burglary at BP Gas Station on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola on Tuesday, Feb. 18. The two were cited for selling an alcoholic beverage to an undercover State Police operative under the age of 21 on Wednesday, Feb. 26. Man Wanted For Using Stolen Credit Card At Several Long Island Stores
A man used a credit card stolen from a Long Island gym at several stores before fleeing in a white van, police said. The Suffolk County Police Department issued an alert to the public as they attempt to locate a man using a credit card taken from Patchogue last October. According to police, the credit card was stolen from an unlocked locker at L.A. Fitness on Gateway Boulevard at approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 16. The Nassau County Police Department issued an alert this week following a burglary at BP Gas Station on Jericho Turnpike in Mineola on Tuesday, Feb. 18. Detectives are investigating two armed robberies that took place within miles of each other on Long Island. The first robbery took place around 11:05 p.m., Monday, Feb. 17, in the parking lot at Jake's 58 Hotel & Casino in Islandia, said Suffolk County Police. During the robbery, police said a man approached a woman in the parking lot, displayed what appeared to be a handgun, and demanded cash. Police are investigating two robberies on Long Island that occurred within minutes of each other and could be connected.
