Albany police have identified a young man who was killed in a stabbing over the weekend. Daval Byrams, 23, of Troy, died after being stabbed in the neck during a fight on Ontario Street near Third Street late Saturday night, July 26, according to police. One person was killed in a fire that tore through a Capital Region home. Multiple agencies in Greene County responded to Main and Union streets in Catskill for a large structure fire at a row house at around 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 23.
