A days-long stretch of unseasonably cool temperatures and scattered showers will be followed by a big change in the weather pattern. An unsettled stretch of weather will bring a new round of gusty thunderstorms to the region that will be followed by a big change in the weather pattern. Friday, June 4 will be a mostly cloudy day with a high temperature in the mid 70s. The storm system that swept through the area on Halloween Day through the overnight has brought about a big change in the weather pattern. The arrival of the cold front will bring about a big drop in temperatures, with lows between the upper 20s to mid 30s overnight into Saturday morning, Nov. 2. The stretch of unseasonably cold weather will end -- and just in the nick of time -- as a storm system arrives in the afternoon.
