Man Nabbed After Exposing Himself, Groping Women On Street In Capital District, Police Say Police are investigating after a man allegedly exposed himself and groped at least two women in the region. The incidents began in Columbia County in the city of Hudson around 8:45 a.m., Monday, July 11.
