2-Year-Old Struck, Killed By SUV In Hudson Valley
An investigation is underway after a 2-year-old girl was struck and killed by a van in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Rockland County at 3:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, on Calvert Drive in the village of Kaser in Ramapo. According to Ramapo Police Lt. Michael Gannon, responding officers found the child was struck by a 2014 Honda Odyssey and had sustained life-threatening injuries. The girl was transported to Nyack Hospital by Hatzolah Ambulance and later died from her injuries, Gannon said. The victim's name is not being released at this time. The driver o…

Child Struck, Killed By Car In Danbury Parking Lot
A young child was struck and killed by a car in a parking lot in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Danbury around 2 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 22 in the area of Shelter Rock Road. According to Erin Henry of the Danbury Police, officers were dispatched to a home on Shelter Rock Road for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving a young child. Child Struck By Vehicle In Hudson Valley
A child suffered a leg injury after being hit by a vehicle on a roadway in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place a little after 9 a.m., Monday, Dec. 6, at 372 Blauvelt Road in Monsey, said the Ramapo Police. The child was transported to Westchester Medical Center with a minor leg injury, police said.
