Hudson Valley Man Charged With Burglary Of Business A man from the region has been charged with the alleged burglary of a business that caused extensive damage. Dutchess County resident Konrad Gumper, age 46, of LaGrange, was arrested early Thursday, June 7, in connection with a burglary at Vale Fox Distillery on Noxon Road in LaGrange. According to Capt. John Watterson of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office deputies located Gumper on the premises when he fled on foot, and an area search was conducted.  A short time later, Gumper was located close to the scene and taken into custody. New York State Police have confirmed that the remains of a missing Hudson Valley woman are those found at the property of a new home construction site. According to New York State Police Trooper AJ Hicks, the remains of Karen Angelillo Ramsey, age 25, were found in Putnam County in the town of Patterson on April 16 during excavation work at the property of a new home. Ramsey was a resident of the town of Southeast and has not been seen or heard from since May of 1980, Hicks said. Police did not provide information on exactly where the remains were…
