Man With 29 License Suspensions Nabbed In Hudson Valley Driving Again, Police Say A man whose license had been suspended 29 times on nine occasions was allegedly nabbed again for driving without a license in the region. The man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation following a stop in the town of Ulster on Wednesday, Oct. 25. According to Chief Kyle S. Berardi of the Ulster Police, Kyle Godin age 32 of the city of Dunkirk in Chautauqua County, was stopped around 1:43 a.m. on Washington Avenue for a routine traffic infraction. Impaired Hudson Valley Woman Bites Trooper During Assault, Police Say A woman who was high on drugs assaulted a state trooper and damaged his police vehicle during an arrest, New York State Police said. Troopers in Ulster County first made contact with the woman at around 9:45 p.m. Thursday, June 9, after witnessing her violate traffic laws on Washington Avenue in the town of Ulster, police said. While speaking with her, the trooper determined that she was under the influence of drugs and attempted to arrest her. But she became combative and resisted the officer’s efforts, police said.
