Repeat Offender Convicted In Trenton Drive-By Faces Up To 30 Years In Prison: Prosecutor A 26-year-old Trenton man was convicted on Wednesday, Feb. 5 for his role in a 2022 drive-by shooting. As a repeat offender, Davion Smith faces up to 30 years in prison after being found guilty of aggravated assault and numerus weapons charges, Mercer County Prosecutor Janetta Marbrey said. At 1:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, 2022, Trenton police responded to the 100 block of Oakland Avenue on a report of shots fired and observed a vehicle, driven by Smith, leaving the scene at high speed, Marbrey said. Willingboro Man Killed In Drive-By Shooting At Social Club A 45-year-old man from Willingboro was killed in a drive-by shooting outside a social club, authorities said. The shooting occurred around 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, May 21 at the Diamond Dogz social club in the first block of John F. Kennedy Way, according to Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw and Willingboro Township Acting Public Safety Director Captain Ian Bucs.
