Pompton Lakes Football Players Honored By Conference

POMPTON LAKES, N.J. -- Six Pompton Lakes varsity football players were honored by the North Jersey Interscholastic Conference for the 2015 season.

Senior center Ryan Gosiker and sophomore Drew Flynn were named to the first team.

Junior running back Will Verrico and sophomore linebacker Kyle Shafer made the second team. Junior Cole Harriet was an honorable mention.

The Cardinals competed in the Liberty Division this season, finishing 4-5.

The division was won by Glen Rock.
