Woman, 26, Killed Pedestrian In South Jersey Hit-And-Run: Police A Vineland woman was accused of killing a Turnersville man in a Gloucester County hit-and-run crash, authorities said. Destiny Esquilin, 26, was charged with second-degree leaving the scene of a fatal crash, the Washington Township Police Department said in a news release on Thursday, Nov. 21. She was wanted in the crash that killed 58-year-old John DeMarco on Monday, Nov. 4.
