No one ever identified the owner of the dump truck responsible for the rock that severely injured Brian Lapinski, 48, of Hamburg, as he drove his boss's Ford F-150 on the westbound highway near the Rockaway Mall. Lapinski was hospitalized with severe facial injuries. Firefighters responded to the Nestor Street home in Franklin around 10 p.m., where the girl's body was recovered after the fire had been put out, Franklin Borough police said. More than $1,100 had been raised on a GoFundMe for the family as of Saturday morning. The 13-year-old victim was identified by the campaign founder as Heaven Davenport. Love Triangle Dispute: 14-Year-Old Boy Stabbed At NJ 'Gingerbread Castle' A 21-year-old New Jersey man was charged with stabbing and seriously injuring a 14-year-old boy at Sussex County's Gingerbread Castle in what police are calling a love triangle dispute.  The man, later identified as Steven Rogers, attacked the teen in a fight over a former Gingerbread Castle employee on Dec. 3, Hamburg Police Lt. Jason Tangorra said. The woman involved in the triangle was charged last October with sexually assaulting the 14-year-old stabbing victim, Tangorra said.
