An Atlantic County Grand Jury has indicted a South Jersey woman for multiple counts of animal cruelty after she allegedly left five dogs unattended in the woods for days, authorities said. Jodi Wozniak, 45, of Galloway has been indicted on five counts of cruelty to animals, bodily injury, failure to care, Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill said Friday. 17 Puppies Rescued By Pennsylvania SPCA Over Welfare Concerns
The Pennsylvania SPCA rescued 17 dogs including five unweaned puppies from a Lancaster County property over welfare concerns last week. Acting on a tip from a concerned citizen, the PSPCA removed 16 German Shepherd-type dogs and one Siberian Husky from a property on Bell Road home in Christiana last Wednesday, officials said.
