Investigators from Bergen and Passaic counties cracked the March slaying of a 26-year-old Paterson man who was gunned down in the parking lot of a Lodi garden apartment complex. Charged with murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses in the drug-related killing are Giovanni Feliciano, 22, of Garfield, and Jefersson Gonzalez, 21, of Paterson. A 44-year-old Lodi woman who suffered repeated assaults at the hands of her estranged husband was stabbed to death by him, authorities said. Civilians held down Joel Cinco, 48, for police after he stabbed Janet Cinco on Westervelt Place, between Willard and Arnot Street, around 9:30 p.m. Thursday, responders said. Atlantic City police arrested three people and recovered two handguns and hollow-point bullets in separate incidents. On March 12, officers responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Blaine Avenue for a domestic dispute.
