Cyclist Seriously Hurt In Route 10 Crash, Prosecutor Says
A cyclist was seriously injured after being struck by a Subaru on Route 10 in Roxbury late Monday, June 16, authorities said. The crash occurred around 9:15 p.m. Monday, June 16, near Hillside Avenue, according to Morris County Prosecutor's Office spokeswoman Meghan Knab. Police say a Subaru Crosstrek was traveling east on Route 10 when it hit the cyclist, who was crossing the roadway. The cyclist was taken to Morristown Medical Center in serious condition. At 9:45 a.m., the Randolph resident was gored by a bison at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming after a large group of visitors approached it too closely, the National Park Service said. A person was shot in Jefferson Township on Tuesday, June 3, authorities said. At 9:06 p.m., Jefferson police contacted the Morris County Prosecutor's Office to report a person with a gunshot wound, a spokesperson for the prosecutor's office said.
