Man Sexually Assaulted Pre-Teen In His Care, Bergen County Prosecutor Says A 36-year-old Bergen County man has been jailed on accusations he sexually assaulted a child, authorities said. An investigation into Vincenzo Carbone, of Hasbrouck Heights, was launched on Wednesday, June 5, after the Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding prior instances of sexual abuse, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.  The investigation found that Carbone sexually assaulted a child under the age of 13 in Hasbrouck Heights, Musella said.
