Edison Man, 45, Found Dead Floating In River In East Brunswick Identified: State Police Troopers have identified the Edison man who was found dead in a river in East Brunswick. The body of 45-year-old Reynaldo Salcedo-Tavarez was discovered near where the Raritan and South rivers meet on Thursday, Aug. 8, a state police spokesperson said on Monday, Aug. 19. Marine troopers responded to the report of a person in the water at around 7:42 a.m. Salcedo-Tavarez's body was seen floating and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Salcedo-Tavarez's death remained under investigation and no other information was available.

Motorcyclist Dies In Crash At Garden State Parkway Exit In Central Jersey A Camden County man was killed when his motorcycle crashed on the Garden State Parkway, authorities said. Jason Ball, 46, of Stratford, died in the crash in Tinton Falls on Saturday, July 20, according to a state police spokesperson. Troopers responded to the scene near milepost 103 on the southbound side of the parkway at around 9:37 p.m. Investigators said Ball was taking exit 102 when he lost control of his Harley-Davidson.
