USA's First K9 Scent Detection Kit For Missing At-Risk, Disabled Citizens Unveiled In Maywood The Maywood Police Department’s K-9 Unit has become the first in the country to offer an all-in-one, do-it-yourself human scent collection kit that could help find at-risk or disabled area residents who go missing. Making it all possible are Remi, Bergen County’s only scent-specific bloodhound, and Find ‘Em Scent Safe, which created the kits.
