Englewood PBA: Marchers Arrested After Interfering, Mayor Blasted, Independent Review Welcomed UPDATE: Englewood’s PBA answered back on Wednesday, saying that leaders of a weekend protest march provoked their arrests by interfering in an incident along the route.
