Violations cited by Detective Ricardo Rodrigues and the investigator at the Sports Bar on Passaic Street included:
• Marrying drinks — pouring alcohol from large bottles into smaller ones;
• Contaminated bottles;
• No fetal warning sign;
• No employee list;
• No documents on premises.
Rodrigues and the agent also found minor violations at Quick Stop on South Main and Daccurso’s Wine & Liquors on Washington Street, Detective Capt. Donald Scorzetti said.
“The Lodi Police Department will be continuing these compliance investigations on a regular basis to ensure proper compliance is followed by all businesses holding liquor licenses in the borough,” Scorzetti said.
