Mystery: Body Found On Route 3 UPDATE: Authorities turned to the public for help Monday after confirming that a man whose body was found on the left shoulder of Route 3 over the weekend was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver. Police found the unidentified man's body on the eastbound highway outside Clifton Commons shortly after 8 a.m. Sunday, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M.
