Teen Attacked, Robbed By Group In Newark's Ironbound Police are asking the public's help identifying three males who attacked and robbed a 17-year-old in Newark Aug. 6.   The victim was jumped as he was talking on his cell phone around 10:45 p.m. near McWhorter and Lafayette streets, police said.   The victim blacked out during the attack and his cell phone was gone when he regained consciousness, He was taken to University Hospital for treatment and released.  Pictures of the suspects are attached. Another Apartment Tower Proposed For Newark's Ironbound: Report A recent legal decision affecting zoning regulations may have paved the way for the construction of an 11-story apartment building in Newark's Ironbound neighborhood, Jersey Digs magazine reported Thursday.  The building, which would stand 125 feet tall and contain 133 housing units, would be located near McWhorter and Bruen streets at the Supreme Ink site.  The structure would become part of a mini-skyline sprouting up in the East Ward neighborhood between the Northeast Corridor train line and the Passaic River.
